I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Five for Friday, make sure you stop by her blog to see what everyone else is up to as well!
On Monday I went to the Book Barn with Emily from Munchkins Inc. We had a blast and grabbed so many books for our classrooms. How can you go wrong with dollar books, plus a teacher discount?
On Tuesday this is where I spent the afternoon. I posted this picture for Wordless Wednesday, but couldn't elaborate because then there would be too many words :) It was a nice day to be at the Farmer's Market, it is in an open area with the sun beating down at around 90 degrees! Luckily there was a slight breeze during some of the 4 hours I sat there. I was fun to see so many people I know from town going to the market, it is a great place to visit. I did buy some fresh produce, and some fresh made pickles! I will be back each week, but not the full 4 hours. It is my mom's restaurant and she was not able to do it this week, so I filled in. I will be visiting her, and probably setting up the tent for her for the rest of the summer.
I went kickboxing again this week, I don't know if the pain after will ever get better. I went one day last week as well. One of the girls on my softball team goes after softball in the next town over, so last week I went with her, and this week I tried again. They think I should sign up to go everyday, or as much as I want. I am thinking I will stick with the drop in and go maybe once a week after softball. I did buy my own gloves, because the amount of sweat you produce is yucky, and it grosses me out to use the borrowed gloves. Just thinking about the sweat someone else left, yuck!
